Cancellation & deposit

When you choose to pay in person at your appointment, a $4.99 deposit holds your slot. It is credited nowhere — think of it as a reservation fee.

• The deposit is refunded if Euro Club cancels or can't honor your appointment.
• The deposit is forfeited if you cancel or no-show.
• Reschedules are locked within 3 days of the appointment. Outside that window, edit freely from your dashboard.
• If you paid the full amount online and Euro Club cancels, the full amount is refunded.

Terms of service

Euro Club is a boutique two-person mobile detailing studio based in Fairfield County, Connecticut, serving the area since July 2025. By booking, you agree to provide reasonable access to your vehicle and a safe working area. We handle your car with the standards of a coastal hospitality brand — but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or issues unrelated to detailing services.

Pricing is flat and displayed in USD. The only automatic multi-item discount is $40 off when two or more Premium line items appear in the same order.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to book and complete your detail — name, contact info, address, and appointment history. Payments are processed by our provider (Whop); we don't store your card. We never sell or share your data.
